I clicked the "PowerTest" button on the Aeotec Range Extender 7's device page and got this:
It seems, possibly, that the "seconds" parameter must be specified--but that isn't noted as such on that page (no asterisk, no "missing parameter" error).
You're using a custom driver, possibly the one by dennypage, rather than a built-in driver for this device (which doesn't really matter for the repeating aspect, though a custom driver may give access to some device-specific features). I'd suggest asking the author if they meant to make this parameter required.

I guess it remembered the user driver from when I had them paired before--as that was the one it chose automatically this time. Thanks for the reminder!

Sorry I didn't see this previously. This is fixed--seconds is a required field.
