I have a 4 button Aeotec NanoMote, and the battery went. I replaced the battery, and in Hubitat, it shows when I push buttons in the device events list, but the lights won't turn on or off.
It's a long shot, but you could try excluding, then reinclude the device. I'm not sure why a battery change would cause certain functions to be lost.
But before excluding, try hitting the configure button on the device's webpage
