I have installed 2 z-wave Aeotec Nano Switches ZW116C.
If I use the standard Aeotec Nano Switch driver, I get only 9,6 kbps and little reliability. If I use the "Generic z-wave plus" driver, I get 100 kbps and the problems are fixed.
I've just recently moved my nano switch to the furthest point of my apartment from the hubitat and now experiencing reporting issues, but interestingly enough, on off works, power is reported but energy is not. maybe I have the same issue as you? also, did you try updating the firmware? I was posting the firmware recently in this group came from the vendor.
Also , if I will not be able to solve this problem, I will probably buy qubino relays. I have one, works like charm.
I couldn't get rid of the communication problems of my nano switches (EUR-Version) using the nano driver. Now I use the "generic zwave plus switch" driver. For me only on/off functionality is necessary. This works well.
