I don't know why she swallowed the fly. No actually I know that but I don't know why my Aeotec Nano Dimmer is going to level 7. On the device if I move it back to 100 it is fine. I have a Zooz Remote switch which is controlling a few lights one of which is the Nano Dimmer. It seems it is not turning it on but actually it is turning it on but at level 7.
