Aeotec 7 Water Sensor Pro - Not Recording Water

Hello,

I recently purchased an Aeotec Water Sensor Pro 7 and included it just fine with the Hubitat hub. However, when I went to attach it to a rule in the rule machine as a device it shows up but when I select the check box next to it and click update, it doesn't keep it. Also, when I've tried to go and tie to a dashboard it does this also. The location where it is mounted is the same location that I included it from and it won't show any events either with water/without water. I've excluded it and included it again as well as reset the sensor just to see if that impacted it. It's probably only 20 ft from the hub through one wall.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

Can you turn on debug logging on the device page.. Then trigger the sensor..

Yes the debugging is on and then I'm triggering the sensor. Still nothing although the odd thing is that the temperature and humidity readings are showing up. It's communiating some data even in debug mode but the trigger and trying it as a device to certain apps seems to be an issue.

Nothing showed up in the log?

Sometimes I don't seem able to update a rule and find it helps if I close the session in the browser or app and then reopen.
