Trying to add and it gets stuck at initializing. Any advice to get this thing paired?

No matter what I do it stays stuck at Initializing. It even seemed to paired one time, got the pair success with the device, but Hubitat stayed at Initializing.
I just moved mine over to my Hubitat successfully. Have you checked the battery?
You can also try resetting it by holding the button for 20 seconds.
