With the driver "Greenwave Power Strip" driver, one can poll to get watts per plug and total watts, but I think that, despite the SmartThings existing code and the code on other smart home platforms, no one has puzzled out how to make it produce its own reports.
Royski has been the yoeman on this, but I think even he is stumped.
