Starting yesterday mid-day. I have three of these switches and all 3 will not update status back to Hubitat. I did have a rule setup to refresh every 30 secs and this worked great till this issue. Yesterday, it quit working. Furthermore, I can control the switches from Hubitat. Nothing shows in the logs what so ever. They will not show as on in Hubitat, even when activated inside of Hubitat. Clicking refresh or Poll does nothing. No logs or recent activity since yesterday. But I can still control them. I have update Device drivers to ones from ST seeing if that would help and nothing. Any help would be appreciated as my timers and automation's based on them quit working as they always show as off. Things I've done. Rebooted hub, Repaired z-wave, changed device handlers. Not sure what else may be needed that would help.
I have a house full of these, if you need to manually refresh them, there's something very wrong.
To be honest, I think I only did it cause I have a couple other switch's that I do so I just added them in. But now they are not reporting any changes. Just these switches though that are using the Aeon.
When you joined them, what driver did they select?
Aeon outlet which they have been working fine under for months. Today, I've switched that around on one of them and tried the micro switch and also ported one over from ST trying to give it a shot.
So what is the actual device then?
Not sure what or why. But I had to completely remove them from Hubitat. Disconnect power, power them back up, exclude them and then re-add them back in. I couldn't even exclude till I power cycled them. Had them for a couple years with no issues at all. But, if anyone else has the same issue, this is what I had to do to fix it.
