Adding Ring Security Devices

Hi noob here. I just received my Hubitat and need some clarification on adding Ring sensors, keypad and smoke/co2 alarm. If I add these to Hubitat does this mean I no longer have access to Ring Security since I have to remove the devices from Ring to add them to Hubitat?

That's correct. What you can do is leave those devices with ring and use this integration. Working great for a while now.
