I am struggling with adding a pair of new Leviton ZW15S-RW switches to a C8-Pro. I was unsuccessful with the standard z-wave inclusion process. I then used the QR codes on the devices and tried Smart Start. Both show up in the Smart Start list but I have only been able to get one included and recognized by powering on the switch. However, for the one that is apparently included, it does not show up in the list of devices so can't control it.

C8 pro is wired via ethernet and is currently on the floor by the two new switches. It is using the provided power supply.
Have your tried the Leviton factory default process on the switch? I have a bunch of those and the dimmer version. Two or three of mine would not pair until after the reset.
I did a hard reset with one of the switches and was still having problems. What I think I will do tonight is a hard reset of both, turn off the breaker for 60 seconds, delete any vestiges from the C-8, unplug the c8 and plug back in, then start the include process again. Is there anything else I should do prior to the include process?
I find that excluding the switch even though you know it's not included helps a lot. Whenever I add a zwave device I always do a manual exclude first.
I can't seem to get the C-8 to communicate with the switch to exclude it either!
