Hello. I bought a c8 hub. Plugged it in, hot green light. But now search doesnt work to add a new hub.
I tried using advanced search, it showed up with the correct IP that i cross checked on my orbi software.
I click on the my new hub button, it puts the ip into the url bar and nothing happens.
What do i do?

The picture issue can be resolved by joining the Owner’s group. As to the hub can you access the diagnostics at http://<HubIp>:8081 ?
Oh my. Resolved! It was my phone browser. Tried it on pc browser and got in no issue. Both chrome, but phone no good. Ah well. Ty for reply!
Sounds like your phone may have been on a different network.
