hub is C7 latest firmware
I want to add a guest account to my hub, but want to limit them in what the can do.
do not want them to be able to add others.
I have searched but unable to find instructions on limiting
That functionality is part of guest account restrictions. A guest cannot purchase subscriptions or add other guests.
Go to Registered Hubs on my.hubitat.com and select Hub Details, to add a guest:
Then once the guest is logged in, this is what they see:

how do I limit what they can see like devices settings ....... , and which dashboards they can see and access
Build a classic Dashboard for them, share that dashboard URL to them, but don't create a guest login account for them.

understand the local or cloud browser link but cant get notifications those methods
Guest accounts are fairly unrestricted.
They can’t mess with subscriptions or other user accounts as Bobby said, but you’re not really able to restrict their access to the hub interface itself or the mobile app.
To control a limited subset of devices, there’s direct dashboard links as @672southmain mentioned.
There are also external notification services like Pushover that can be integrated with Hubitat to send notifications to mobile devices without all the other access and control baked into the Hubitat mobile app.
