Just seen "Added time limit on Z-Wave details page waiting for controller response" in the release notes for 2.3.4 What does this mean, I can't see a timer in the Z-Wave details page. I have several devices that can take a long time to respond, and was hoping that this may be a solution, but I can't find any details.
I think this fix has more to do with how the hub loads the zwave details page rather than response time issues with specific devices. Most issues with slow zwave devices have to do with the strength of the zwave mesh. If you want to post a screen shot of your zwave details I'm sure folks will take a look and see if they can help you figure it out. You probably want to apply the most recent zwave firmware update too. It was distributed with the 2.3.4 update but must be applied separately from the zwave details page.
