Added Second Hub - Hub Mesh can't see each other

Both hubs are C-8 running 2.3.9.201

I finally got my second hub added. Both hubs have Hub Mesh enabled, but they don't see each other or the devices I shared from the new hub.

Old (main) hub ip = XXX.YYY.Z.38
New hub ip = XXX.YYY.Z.219

Are both hubs registered to the same account?

Yes they are

I rebooted both hubs and then everything appeared.
