I want to add my wife's phone so she can receive push notifications. I would prefer that she is not an administrator, but only a guest.

Could someone give me a step by step explanation of how to do this, written so that a third grader could do it?

I managed to find the portal, but that screen is confusing to me.

So I've added my wife's email address with guest access to my hub. I installed the hubitat app on my wife's phone.

Now how do I get her phone listed as a mobile app device on hubitat so she can receive push notifications?

When you open the App pick Existing Hub Owner in not discovery. Log in as the second user. Then it should ask you to create a new device. Chose that and it will add the device to HE.
