Add restrictions to button rules?

I know there are other ways to do, but wondering if we could get time restrictions added for button rules. Would allow a single button to do different actions depending on time of day (multiple button rules, as long as only one was unrestricted, it would be the one that would fire).

For example: single button could be “good morning” and “good night” just depending on time of day.
