Add indicator of "disabled" in "In Use By" of device page

I love the disable check boxes on the rules list. And when you go to a device page the list of "In Use By" indicates if a particular rule is "paused". It would be really helpful if there was also an indication if the rule is "disabled".

Seconding this -- there is no ID for disabled apps other than on the apps listing
