I'm using a Zigbee contact sensor as a garage door open/closed detector and I'd love for a toggle in the driver to be available to invert the open/closed state so I can avoid having to use workarounds. It seems like a useful option to make available for at least the generic contact sensor drivers.

As a workaround, there are a couple virtual drivers that community members have written that do this inversion. I am sure they can be found in a search.
