I can definitely see the utility of this on a small screen like a phone or tablet. Doesn't matter so much on my desktop browser.

Agree....my mobile devices is where I'd really like this option, and glad you brought that up as it would be nice if the setting is managed on each device separately. I prefer all my devices to appear on my computer. Put me down as a +1.

You haven't seen how many devices I have. LOL

And if I'm looking at logs, don't I generally want to focus right away on... logs?

Plus, as new devices show up, they create new lines in the device section ... which pushes the logs down when you're looking at them. I like this idea very much.
