Just got back from a trip with my travel trailer. Unbeknownst to me either in the course of the trailer bouncing down the wonderful roads of this fine country or while unloading, the battery pack that I use to power the trailer hub became unplugged and once the pack drained it shut down ungracefully. This apparently corrupted the device database as it stuck at 15% for 3 consecutive boots. However, the process of doing a soft reset and restoring from the last automated backup was completely painless. It's SO nice to have a product that 'just works' most of the time and has good solid tools for recovering when it doesn't. Now to investigate if there's a product I can use to monitor the USB coming into the battery to alert me if it loses charging voltage =)
It's probably cheaper and more reliable to find a way to tighten the USB cable. You don't need a USB monitor to monitor a hub to monitor a USB cable.
I have mentioned needing to use the cloud backup several times to recover my environment several times but for different reasons (me causing my own issues) Each time it worked flawlessly!
I can't imaging not having that service and needing to rebuilt the environment from the ground up.
Glad it worked out for you as well!!

I have a question about your Travel Trailer config.
What devices are you using with your trailer?
I'm using a C7.
Devices I'm using with it are a Honeywell T6 Pro Zwave, a couple of different smart outlets along with the advanced vthermostat driver to run some electric heaters, and a Zooz 4-in-1 for motion and temperature reporting (don't recommend, it was a PITA to get working correctly).
Software driver GCal switch to allow me to schedule days where I'm not using the trailer so it doesn't run the AC or heat full blast when I'm not using it.
