A little glitch? RM4.0

I'm in the process of removing my Cree bulbs. I'm convinced that these damn things are out to haunt me! I like to make sure that the in use by is cleared out so that I don't have any behavior and I can make sure that the new bulb will fill that gap. Seems my rule won't let go of that bulb. I've reloaded the browsers to make sure that it wasn't just stored.

I think I've seen that mentioned before April. Bruce knows about it, but it shouldn't impact your rule at all, it's just a harmless artifact. Not harmless when it comes to my OCD , but shouldn't impact your rule.

Whew! I'm deleting the bulb, so OCD overload averted. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't dropping my marbles as I skipped down the crazy train. ha!
