Getting a 500 error after doing a soft reset as recommended by the hub because it says my db was getting too big. I have a local backup. How do i get my hub functional again?
I had the same problem just now.. see this thread for what worked.

Thank you i had to do three soft resets before it finally worked. Any ideas why something like this would happen? I followed the steps exactly as listed.

I wish I knew why this was happening 
This sounds like one for @Hubitat_Staff and/or @gopher.ny, they can typically get to the bottom of issues like this.
