Still on the hunt. For anyone interested, I hooked up that knockoff Kill a Watt today, and found that my 26 segment group draws 1.38 amps. This would indicate each segment draws approximately .053A, and that my whole garage of 66 segments draws about 3.5 amps or 420 watts. So if that unicorn 450W Z-Wave dimmer exists somewhere, it should be within spec. If not, I might have to get creative with plugging some hex groups into an outlet dimmer and tie the brightness settings together.
