This is my solution to keep the switches from being turned off

ya i did something similiar for awhile .. no much waf..
then i wired permanent on and put a switch that does not need a neutral and have rules to turn on/off with the switch
Anything requiring me to remove the ceiling light fixture will be a no-go with my wife. Same with blocking switches from being turned off, as well as always-on wiring. I'll have to look more at some of the other alternatives here and see if any will pass the test with my wife.
Thanks, all, for the ideas. I think I have some options left that just may work.
Why is that? When you’re done, the fixture will look the same as it always did, and the switches will continue to function.
