I have added an Ecolink motion sensor (zwave) and had no issues. But, now I am trying to add a 2nd one and am having no luck. I am 20 cm away from the hubitat when trying so it isn't distance. What else could the issue be?
Gracefully shutdown your hub via Settings panel. Unplug the power (from the wall outlet side, not the fragile MicroUSB side) and leave unplugged for 30 seconds. Power back on and try including the new device again.
Also would first try doing an exclude and maybe even a factory reset of the sensor if the above doesn't work.
P.S. Ecolink sensors support network wide inclusion and I recommend you do that for best Z-wave route to the hub.
