2GIG 700 Series Smart Thermostat STG-1 Temperature Indication

2GIG 700 Series Smart Thermostat STG-1 temperature Indication shows 790 deg F instead of 79 deg F in the iOS app devices.

What does it show on the device detail page for the device itself (hub admin interface, not the mobile app)? And what driver are you using ("Type" under the "Device Info" tab)?

The hub admin interface shows correctly. The driver is ‘Generic Z-Wave Plus Thermostat’. It’s been this way through multiple updates but was showing correctly when I first installed it.

I found one other thing. I switched my C-8 Pro to WiFi, and it’s working great. I noticed that the transition page on iOS app shows the old IP wired address of 192.168.1.25. The new IP address with WiFi is 192.168.1.5. Does not seem to be updating when it changes.

Some information, possibly including the hub IP address, is cached in the mobile app and may not accurately display correctly at all times in the current version.

Back to the thermostat: can you provide a screenshot of where you're seeing this? I'm not seeing it with mine and haven't seen other reports of this problem with this particular driver (or any; I'm using a custom driver for mine). The mobile app version from More > App Settings > App Version may also be good to know.

This is the what the iOS device page shows.

To be extra sure: can you share the "Commands" tab of the device detail page for this device from your hub, specifically the "Current States" section? (This may be easier from a desktop or laptop instead of your phone' but either can work.)

The current temperature showing on the iOS device page is 740 deg. The first picture I sent is from last night.

Thanks! Looks like I can reproduce if the exact reported temperature ends with ".0" or ".00" as yours does, but I haven't seen it since my real one has never been exactly that when I looked. More to come...

I had a similar thing that I noticed the other day on my Android app.
I got a new router recently.
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it's correct now.

Thanks. I tried that it does show correctly on the iOS app.
