2 Weeks In A Row Cloud Back Up

2 Weeks In A Row Cloud Back Up on my C8 has failed. Which is causing it to crash. I am running .140. Rolling back to .139 to see if it fixes the issues. I could do a manual cloud back up just fine.

Does it give you any error messages in the log when it crashes?

Can you PM me the hub id? I'll check the engineering logs.

No errors. Things just start running very slow or not at all.

If this happens, it's best to reboot the hub for now. It's the reboot during version rollback that does the trick.

Looked at the logs, found some clues, working on a fix for it. It may take a couple of iterations if the error in the logs is a symptom (and not a real cause).

Another cloud failed back up and then hub crash and this was a roll back to .139.
Manual Cloud back up works just fine.

@gopher.ny is working on it, if the clues he found pan out he'll probably include his first shot at a fix in the next release (2.3.9.xxx), release date TBD.
