I have just received Zen55 LR Smoke detector modal. I have it installed I have done a quick test with this.
I have my HSM configured as so
However, it doesn't seen to activate this rule.
Am I doing something wrong?
I even tried a virtual smoke detector, but it still doesn't trigger alerts.
HSM should be producing logs for these events, if not i would enable debug logging on the app and review them. It’s really hard to provide anything better than wild speculation without logs.
Thanks for replying back to me. I did a late test last night and suddenly everything started working. I'm not sure why. I had everything set up and it sat there for probably a few hours. Did a quick random test and it started working. Thanks again for getting back to me. I'll mark this as completed as unknown cause.
