[2.5.0.133] C8Pro JS Lock code manager issues

I'm not sure where the issue lies but it's had me doing loops today.
I never seem to get along with this app.
I replaced a faulty lock "Back Door" and tried to send the codes to it; only one arrive and the other is always rejected as Duplicate.
I finally gave up and factory reset the lock to start over.
I added the codes to the user/lock in the app and it just sits there, always Pending and usually hung there, the Device waiting for the Add to happen.
The strange thing is I have tested all 3 locks and both codes are in the locks and working so it appears the Add happens and the app hangs as you can't have a duplicate entry.
Is there some way to sync the app with the locks?
As you can see no actions Pending for the device but Pending in the app for the new Back Door lock:

And a stuck Add for another:

While the 3rd has populated:

Just a PS.
I forgot to mention I'm using the built-in Generic ZW lock driver; the only one I have ever needed for Weiser/Kwikset locks.
My empty lock, according to the Driver.
I did a Debug get of the codes and they are there.

To sync the codes from the lock:

Where is this magic?
I don't have this unless I have to delete all the users first and start fresh?
I still have my hung jobs from yesterday in the way.
Might just delete and reinstall the app.

Lock app is a bit upset as well:

Seems to be able to reteive the codes though just not successfully write:

PS
I removed the app and even rebooted but it comes back loaded with the old users and assignments. Logs show it queries the locks when I open the app.
My 3 locks all have 2 codes in them, I have tried each one for functionality.
The app does not populate with all the codes and doesn't like it when I try to push the correct entries.
I'll probably end up manually emptying all the locks and start fresh.
Fails to add complaining about the integer 1.

No Request Lock Codes apparent.

It's quite possible that the app documentation is wrong. It's been a while since I last used LCM and I no longer actually have it installed, since my new Aqara U400 does not support anything code wise via Matter. I am fairly certain that should be an option, since there are many instance where you can have existing locks with codes setup before even getting a Hubitat hub.

@Hubitat_Staff any suggestions for @dnickel ?

Thanks.
I'm wondering of the driver is having issues now.
The usual fun hunt continues.

What type of lock and which driver are you using?

What if you try setting the driver to device and then clearing all states, etc. and setting the driver back to what you need?

I always use the Generic ZW driver.
Locks are all Kwikset/Weiser, same maufacturer.
I have manually set 2 locks correctly. Just off to factory reset the new one as it won't even take code commands now as it's stuck on the 'unknown codeNumber:1 error.

All good now.
Manually deleted all codes, reset problematic lock to clear unknown codeNumber and rentered codes manully.
LCM is now in sync.
