I just opened RL to look at a rule and the page is a bit wonky.
Left and came back again OK.

At the moment here, there's not a Beta in motion.
Didn't realize 137 was prod.
Ooops. I'm so used to constantly loading a new beta that I never think that one of these numbers is released. 
This has been going on for a long time. If you search back for enough I posted about this at one point.
Must have missed that post. Was your's also only on C8-Pro?
@gopher.ny - any chance of tracking down root on this issue? Need any more breadcrumbs?
