Similar to this thread, I lost my entire SmartStart DB after migrating to Z-Wave JS.

That is anticipated during the switch from z/ip gateway to ZWaveJS.

Correct, but not communicated in the release notes or anywhere else from Staff. Hence the confusion of people.

I re-add the device to SmartStart by rescanning the QR code. This does NOT associate the SmartStart entry with the existing inclusion.

Also expected.
