Since updating from 2.3.9.193 to 2.4.0.151 yesterday, around 31 hours from the time of writing, my C7 has been struggling to display the admin interface and Dashboards (I only use Legacy ones, new-style Dashboards untested). I have not noticed any issues with Devices, Apps, HSM, automation rules, buttons, etc.; it's just the C7's internal web server that seems to be unhappy.
I have rebooted the hub from the Diagnostic Tools page and there hasn't been any improvement.
I would like to rollback to 2.3.9.193 but first wondered if / how I can access system logs which might point towards a cause or solution? I cannot see anything meaningful in the main Logs page for the Hub itself, and there aren't any additional logs available from the Diagnostic Tools page.
When navigating to a URL in the admin interface, there's about a 1/3 chance it'll timeout. Similarly, links which now open a slide-in page in the new UI (e.g. Settings > Hub Details) seem to have a similar 1/3 chance of not loading content and just showing the spinner until I close the slide-in page and try again. Navigation around the admin interface feels slower in general, with things like the Past Logs page loading blank, with no spinner, and taking several seconds to populate any data; sometimes the logs don't load at all and I have to refresh the page several times.
The red NetworkError toast seems to have around a 50% chance of showing up when a page or slide-in fails to load any content.

It also feels like I've seen the "cloud connection unavailable" alert more today than I have in the last year.

As for my Dashboards, they either get stuck at the "loading layout" step, or show a SyntaxError: JSON.parse error page stating "No response from hub" - the latter is more common with Cloud links, but both Cloud and Local links are affected.
