2.3.9.166 - HomeKit keeps disconnecting

Even though both my C4 and C8 are configured to restart the HomeKit integration hourly, it keeps showing no active connection after less than 12 hours. Manually restarting HomeKit does nothing; the only way to fix this is by rebooting the hub.

What version of homekit are you on? What version of the hubitat platform are you on?

How do I check the version of HomeKit ?

I’m running 2.3.9.166 (says so in the subject)

Are you using an Apple hub, Apple TV or HomePod, or just standalone iPad or iPhone?
Show us this from home app.

Do it through your homekit app... Click on the settings for each hub, should show the version.

They all show the same firmware 2.3.9

I’m at a loss here. Might want to get support to chime in.

This only recently started to happen.
I rolled Hubitat back to 2.3.9.163.. let’s see what happens.

What firmware is your homekit hub(s) on?

Not 100% sure, it's the latest version of tvOS from Apple.

I am having the same issue with the HomeKit integration. Also on 2.3.9.166. Please let us know if the rollback solved the issue.

you don’t need to restore a back, you just need to downgrade the firmware.

Go to settings , hub info, copy MAC address.
Back to settings, diagnostic tool, paste the MAC address, select downgrade.

I have a c4 with a complex setup and it worked with no problems. Things have continued to work very well since the downgrade.

It’s annoying no one from Hubitat has publicly discussed this.

Does updating to 2.3.9.174 make a difference? There were some tweaks done between .166 and .174.
