2.3.6.145 Does Not Show As Available

I have 3 C8s, one shows .145 is available, the other two show this:

Currently running version: 2.3.6.144

No updates available.

I have refreshed and rebooted - they just don't see the update available.

Make sure your hubs are connected to the cloud.

Not sure why .7 and .8 show gray - what am I missing here? This is first time this has happened.

If you click hub details it will tell you the last time it connected to the HE servers (last check-in).

They are probably not connected to the cloud. Have you changed anything with DNS?
You can go to the network settings > network test and then try to ping something like cloud.hubitat.com which will test the DNS and ping at the same time.

DNS issue is the main reason why a hub would not be able to connect to the cloud servers.

That and overzealous firewall rules or subnetting/vlanning. :wink:

This is fixed. All 3 hubs had "hubitat.local" as their network name. I used to have aliases configured in pfSense but after an upgrade there I was not able to restore my "whole" config and alias was one part that was corrupt.
