[2.3.1.164-C8P ZWJS] Ghost can't be removed

I have 2 z-wave "ghost" devices that appear like this:

The "Refresh" and "Discover" don't change anything. Without a link to the device page for the devices, I can't seem to remove them.

I tried using my USB stick to zap them--and, for whatever reason, it decided they weren't "failed" so I was not able to get it to remove them either.

Yet, here I am, with two devices "stuck" in limbo. Assigned a Z-wave nodeid but not tied to a valid device, with no routes, & unable to be removed.

Anybody have any thoughts on eliminating them?

I had several “ghosts” as you describe. No clue really where they came from. I had to try removing them several times. I also rebuilt the zwave network several times. After continuing to try and several reboots, they did eventually go away.

Well, I sorta solved the ghosts.

@gopher.ny - you might be interested in what I found:

I had to switch back to the legacy z-wave, then refresh, then remove.

I had to shutdown/poweroff/reboot between removing the two of them.

That finally got rid of them--so there does appear to be something out of whack with the ZWJS stack that impacted this. But, they seem to now be gone, finally.
