As per the subject line; with Christmas looming I tried to delete an old Legacy rule to clear the decks for new 2021 versions, but nothing happens on pressing the red "Remove" button.
(Same behaviour on Galaxy tablet and OnePlus 6T phone)

Try going to the App Status page, using the gear icon that ls left of the Rule on the Apps list page. Then remove button lower right corner of that page.
Done (plus the gear icon towards the top left of the rule page, plus the gear icon for the app itself) - unfortunately no change in behaviour after any of the above.
I've never seen anything like this before. Perhaps reboot your hub.
Thanks for the suggestion, but sadly have just done so and again no change in behaviour.
More oddness, in case it hints at an underlying cause - initially I tried a reboot from Settings after connecting to the hub, and that failed too. Click on the "Reboot" link and the view jumped to the top of the Settings page, and that's all.
Rebooted off the Hub Diagnostic page in the end, and that did the job (as far as starting a reboot was concerned, anyway).
All other links on the Settings page worked correctly (aside from Shutdown, which I haven't tried), as do links on Rule Machine Legacy rule pages.
Final update on this (at least from my end) - the lack of Remove has persisted on my Android devices, reboots of them notwithstanding.
I did finally get chance to try the rule deletion from my PC (running Firefox) and there everything worked as it should; confirmation dialog followed by actual deletion when that was OKed.
