When you click the "Add another button" in the "Define Buttons and Actions" screen for a "Button Device", nothing shows up if you have "Keep Button List Sorted" selected.
Apparently, since the new entry hasn't been given a button number, the new button actions are hidden (deselecting "Keep Button List Sorted" makes them visible again).
Also, this item only has logging for Events and Actions (Triggers and App Events are not in the list).
I can confirm that bug and I was noticing it in RM 4.0 with the previous firmware (2.2.4 I think) but did not report it. Had about a dozen buttons added before I thought to turn off the sorting and then they all showed up. Have not tested it on the separate button controller app which I moved all that kind of stuff to just for better organization.
