I am a property manager for over 100 short term rental properties for different owners. We were using PointCentral and Iām looking into Hubitat but have a lot of questions and have not received any information from the contact form:
Will we be able to put 100+ hubs for each property under one account?
If we have different hubs can we connect different devices with different accounts to each for. For example at Hub 1 the owner of the property has a Nest camera and a Wifi Yale lock connected to their Nest account. For Hub 2, the owner has their own Nest camera and different Wi-Fi lock. For Hub 3, the owner has Ring Camera and Z-wave Yale locks.
Will we be able to manage all of the locks for all of the hubs in a central location. Can we change the lock codes remotely.
Will we need the Remote Admin subscription and if so is this per account or per hub?
Is the C8 also a Wi-Fi router? If so are there any recommended extenders? We manage a few small quad-plex rentals and wondering if we could get by with one hub and use this Wi-Fi device for all of the units.

Yes, but currently, to manage multiple hubs from one interface, each hub must be registered with the same account. However, each hub can have different guests and different devices connected. This may change in the future. We will provide additional details via email.
Yes, as long as the hub is registered with same account.
A commercial Remote Admin service may be required to access the administrative interface and to manage the hubs remotely.
