100% functional devices with no route

After all latest updates ZWave Mesh ended up with 3 devices with no route:

plus two out of 3 have no neighbors.
But all 3 devices are 100% functional.
Is this something to worry about?
And if "yes" how to fix this issue.

Before the updates they did have a Route and Neighbors.

There are 4 LR devices with 0 neighbors but I am sure this is normal because LR Devices are not part of any mesh and therefore there is no neighbors for them.

IIRC from others' similar experience during the beta, try shutting down, remove power for ~30", then power back up -- that should help snap the radio back in to behaving.

Just performed this trick.
It did not fix that 3 devices in question but now there are a lot more devices with no route.
Is this somewhat expected?
Does it take some time to populate Route column?
Is it anything else should/must be done?

I tested few new devices with no route. Gladly they seems to be alive.

EDIT

In addition according to the ZWave Graph there are no Repeaters (blue dots) but definitely there are plenty on repeaters:

The devices will need check-in / wakeup or actuation to populate details after a restart.

From other posts, that's just what the graph looks like on JS. I've never looked at mine - it has no value to me.

ETA -- if still no route after wake-up or actuation, does clicking that device's "Refresh" button on the Z-Wave Details help?

Devices in question (it was only 3 devices but after the restart with power connector unplugged for a 1 min+ there are about 10-15) are 100% functional (tested many but not all).
So, they are activated few times but Rout column is still empty. Clicking on the "Refresh" button for these devices does absolutely nothing. Last Activity column reflects a correct activity time stamp as soon as device was active.

I believe you have to either manually "refresh the Z-wave statistics" or wait overnight for some background thing to refresh these "automagically" -

I don't thing counts and nieghbors "fill in" until the statistics are refreshed (either manually or effectively overnight, if the hub is left to it's own".)

That was a change from a few releases back, I believe

Manual statistic refresh did not do anything. But whatever happened overnight populated the Route column for all devices except for the original 3. Now ZWave details page looks exactly the same as before all my attempts to fix/correct it.
And yes, all 3 devices in question are 100% functional.

Here is one more observation (so far no logs to confirm). Coincidently after all latest upgrades random rm rules (lighting related because these are eye catching) started to exhibit random delays. Some time these delays are very long so it feels like rule is actually failed but it is not. Because now the ZWave Mesh has 3 devices with no route and 2 even without any neighbors (please check my very first post in this thread for the details) I wonder if ZWave Mesh treats these devices as a Ghosts (but they are 100% functional) and that is why random delays (very annoying) started to pop up. Before this latest massive updates everything worked very well and kept WAF very high. Now WAF quickly drops down but I don't know how to remove all these delays.
Any thoughts and ideas (except for the request to provide enormous amount of logs) are very welcome.
